“Places I have been”

I started painting 10 years ago as a Hobby. I signed up for Art Classes with Jill at “Quirky Owl”, Jill was an excellent teacher who taught me how to work with different Colours.

My experiences travelling all around the world as part of my job operating a Travel Agency for 40 years has been a big part of my inspiration. I try to capture the feel of the places that I have visited and I enjoy using bold bright colours. I held a solo exhibition at the Beer Garden Brewery 5 years ago, several pieces were sold and I have gone on to do some commissions from this.

I joined the Port Lincoln Art group and enjoy participating in various workshops and working with other mediums.
