“This exhibition of figurative ceramic sculptures explores the power of facial expression and unspoken communication. Sculptures of the human form ‘in conversation’ are accompanied by a humorous collection of quirky oil on canvas paintings that frivolously depict some of life’s hard-won lessons.
Tumby Bay has been the subject of my latest abstract collection, focusing on the channel markers and the original shacks.
I achieved a Degree in Visual Arts and Applied Design in 1997 and have been creating ever since. Red Brolly Studio was the name of my gallery/studio developed in the Adelaide Hills prior to moving to Tumby Bay in 2021.”
